DiSC Profiles
DiSC Personality profiles can help you develop self-awareness and better communication skills. As an authorized Wiley DiSC partner, I can provide you with a personalized profile that coincides with your development goals.

Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence is the key to unlocking both personal and professional growth. All courses will have an emotional intelligence element that will allow you to reveal your best self. Keep in mind that developing yourself is an ongoing process. The tools in these courses will help put you on the right track, but it is up to you to put in the work and continue it beyond these courses.

Coaching
Like a therapist, a coach helps you achieve higher levels of self-awareness while on your journey. The difference between a coach and a therapist is coaching moves you towards the future you want. There is no looking back on what was, just looking ahead at what is, can be, and what you want. I offer group or one-on-one coaching.

Hi, I’m Lyndse
Welcome to Reveal Coaching and Courses for Leadership Development. This school is for people who want to know more about what it takes to be a great leader. The world of business is changing. Leaders must have interpersonal skills, now more than ever, to be successful. Poor leadership is among the top five reasons why people leave a company. I am sure at some point in your career you have left a company for this reason.
When I was hired into my first job as a manager, I had no management experience. The organization had very little to offer in the way of leadership development, and neither my boss nor co-managers taught me how to be a manager, let alone a leader (which I STRONGLY believe are two different things). Needless to say, I was a massive failure as a leader, and it was left up to me to figure out what I was doing wrong.
After two years of terrible 360 performance reviews, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I started learning about leadership and what it means to be a great leader. Once I gained enough self-awareness about what I was doing wrong, I was able to change my behavior, and things turned around for me. After four years in management, I took a position in training and development because I wanted to have a more meaningful impact on the organization. I decided to return to school and get my Master's in Organization Development Psychology. Alongside my degree, I completed a certification in Leadership Coaching.
Now my passion is helping others who have a similar experience to what I went through. If you want to move into a leadership position but keep getting passed up, or you are in an entry-level to mid-level position and struggling with your leadership role, I am here to help! Together we will reveal what is holding you back from being a great leader and get you moving forward toward the future you want.
